In the event of bad weather, we will post all class cancelations on the website. We try to contact students individually when classes are canceled but we may not be able to reach you. If we have to cancel a class, a makeup time will be set for that class.
Registration for classes will be strictly on a first come, first serve basis. Class sizes are limited and therefore seats will only be available to the paid students. There will be no “reserved” seats for unpaid registrations.
Students who want to move to the next level during the same time slot should make sure that they register and pay early because we have filled even small classes with outside registrations for intermediate levels.
An additional fee of $15 will apply to any late registration made after the regular enrollment deadline if there is still space available.
Refund/Roll Over Policy:
Refunds will be given until one week before the class begins minus a $25.00 cancelation fee. No refunds will be given after the Wednesday before the classes begin due to reserving teacher time and classroom space.
Our guarantee: If after attending the first class the student is not satisfied, a full refund will be given.
No refunds will be given after the beginning of the second class session.
A student may roll over their unused classes with an administrative fee of $20 and a rollover fee of $10.00 per class rolled over.
